Family Features’ Sales team is here to point you and your brand in the right direction by talking theme, discussing products and thinking full-picture about the best path for your content. It’s all about meeting your goals (whether print or digital) and getting the attention and pickup your content deserves.
Let’s meet our sales staff, the first people you will work with at Family Features.
Steve has been part of the Family Features’ team for a total of four years. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a marketing minor from Benedictine College. He uses what he learned in school as well as through his professional experiences every day at Family Features. His role includes conducting presentations on the phone and in person while delivering our company’s value to both public relations agencies and brands directly.
“As many others are facing, COVID-19 has definitely created some challenges for me in my current role,” Wilson said. “As things appear to get better, the exciting challenge will be navigating what the ‘new normal’ will be for our clients. This is exciting as it could open up some new opportunities as our clients begin to find new and different ways to interact with consumers. Luckily, we have launched new programs that are able to do that in traditional and not-so-traditional ways.”
Nancy Hanks
Say hello to Nancy! Nancy has worked at Family Features for two years. She graduated from the University of Kansas where she majored in communication studies. Her favorite part about being an Account Manager is building relationships. She loves the trust aspect and knows how to give the best guidance to lead clients from point A to point B.
“A lot of times, conversations reveal details that lead to us customizing options to meet goals,” Hanks said. “The word ‘custom’ sounds expensive, but we’re told over and over again how shocked and impressed folks are with the options we’re able to present. That just makes me smile; I love it when we’re able to help!”
Meet Mark! He graduated from the University of Missouri and has six years of experience in online marketing, advertising and strategy. Mark enjoys the challenge his position of New Business Acquisitions brings. He is the newest member of the Family Features staff, but that hasn’t stopped him from developing his own strategy and assisting new clients while getting a feel for Family Features every day.
“Having this experience really allows me to dive into what Family Features offers to our clients and the importance of brand awareness,” Keilman said.
