Dianne
Hogerty, Chief Executive Officer of Family Features Editorial
Syndicate, was recently elected to head Les Dames d' Escoffier
International (LDEI) - an association of women culinary professionals.
A native of the Kansas City area and graduate of the University
of Missouri-Kansas City, Hogerty has served as Executive Vice
President, President and CEO of Family Features--a Kansas
City-based editorial syndicate producing food and lifestyle
content for newspapers, magazines and online sites nationwide.
Founder of the Food Marketing Communicators Association, Hogerty
has also been active in community efforts such as Heart of
America United Way and The Junior League of Kansas City.
"It's an exciting time for LDEI as we have just inducted our
25 th chapter" says Hogerty. "Our growth allows us to continue
and expand the opportunities we have to serve our communities
through various educational programs and co-ventures, as we
reach out to the next generation of women in the culinary
fields."
LDEI, established in 1979, promotes the significance of food
and beverage in all cultures, provides a learning environment
for members and creates and supports philanthropic opportunities
